About Us

Compassionate Care For Every Child

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

All41Care has secured a superb residence in which we are looking to deliver outstanding care for children and young people. The property is in Trentham, Staffordshire and is perfect for us to provide a caring, stable, and nurturing home, with an informal atmosphere.

Our mission is for each young person to have the best experiences at Elm Tree House, for the young people to reach to their fullest potential. Elm Tree House staff understand the importance in building positive working relationships to ensure an effective outcome for our young people. They are the centre of our home, to ensure young people views and wishes are fed throughout the home. We believe spending time with young people, knowing our young people brings the best out of the young people, through being able to work with the young people in a style that works for everyone.

The home will provide intensive support including assessment for young people in need of short-, medium- or long-term care packages. The provision of care is 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.

The home can have up to three young people, male or female aged from 11-18 as agreed with the planning Local Authority. Age and risks are considered carefully when matching young people within the home.

Elm Tree House

We at Elm Tree House provide a caring, stable and nurturing home, in an informal atmosphere, catering for the needs of children and young people. In consultation with Local Authorities we provide medium to long-term residential care with mental health and/or behavioral challenges to young people who require care and support in their day to day lives.

We will consider requests for planned and emergency admission of young people of either gender, and we are registered to accommodate three young people at any given time.

We can provide placements for young people ages 11-18 in accordance with the experience and qualifications of our staff team and providing the young people are suitably matched to be in placement together. Our placements are planned, reviewed and monitored according to the individual needs, ages and functioning ages of the young people residing at Elm Tree House.

It is our aim to create an atmosphere within which the children can feel safe to express themselves, find adults they feel able to approach and those that will accept them unreservedly as individuals in their own right.  As part of a wider strategy, active attempts are made to rescue the better aspect of the individual’s behaviour, to restart the natural process of growth and development, and equip them with the necessary skills to go on to be productive members of society.
